Corn ribs: corn, extra-virgin olive oil, butter, lime juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, and black pepper. Cilantro + Tajín crema: sour cream, cilantro, Tajín Clásico seasoning, and water as needed.

Tajín is whisked into the cilantro crema and packed separately; no separate fine salt is added to the corn. The butter-lime finish contains no Tajín.
