“Food was once my biggest struggle. Now it has become my path to change.”
01 The beginning
Food became the path forward.
At his heaviest, Sean weighed 480 pounds. Learning nutrition helped him lose more than 120 pounds and rebuild his relationship with food.
Raised in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, in a family of village butchers, he learned that food could be practical, communal, and made with care. Years later, while working in an elementary school in Gwinnett County, he saw how often busy people had to settle for whatever was quickest.
Purefect Meals grew from that change. The goal was food that nourishes, fuels, fits real life, and gives people something worth looking forward to.
Sean's own relationship with food shapes every choice Purefect Meals makes.
