1. About Purefect Meals

Purefect Meals LLC operates purefectmeals.com and offers prepared food and related products. These terms describe the conditions for using our website, placing orders, and participating in our optional marketing programs. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, account, and other services may also be provided by third parties under their applicable terms.

2. Orders and product information

Please review your items, portions, preparation options, selected sides, optional extras, prices, and pickup information before completing checkout. Provide accurate contact and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

The prices, applicable discounts, taxes, and any other charges shown at checkout apply to your order. A premium side or optional addition may carry an additional charge disclosed before purchase. Availability and prices may change for future orders.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to discuss a correction, alternative, or cancellation and any applicable refund. We will not charge an additional amount or make a material substitution without your agreement.

Product photographs illustrate presentation. Refer to the listing and your selected options for the portion and items included; pictured accompaniments may be optional or carry an additional charge where disclosed.

3. Pickup

Purefect Meals provides orders for customer pickup at designated hubs. Bringing orders to a hub does not mean we provide delivery to your home.

Review the selected hub, pickup date, collection location, access instructions, and ordering cutoff before ordering. Contact us promptly if the order confirmation does not match your intended pickup arrangements. Do not assume that a hub or date change is confirmed until we acknowledge it.

For an order change, cancellation, missed pickup, damaged item, or other order concern, contact purefectmeals@gmail.com promptly. Any applicable policy disclosed when ordering and your rights under applicable law govern the resolution. These terms do not establish a blanket no-refund policy.

4. Food information

Review the current ingredient and allergen information for your chosen dish and options. Ask us about any uncertainty before ordering, especially if you have a food allergy. Dietary labels do not, by themselves, establish that cross-contact cannot occur.

Nutrition identified as estimated is approximate and may vary with ingredients, preparation, portion, sides, and extras. Follow the storage and reheating instructions provided with your food. Website content is not individualized medical or dietary advice.

5. Lunch Club, discounts, and rewards

Lunch Club allows you to build qualifying orders for the savings described on its page. It has no membership fee or automatic recurring orders. Ordering once does not authorize future charges.

The eligible dishes, qualifying quantities, and applicable savings are those disclosed for the offer. À La Cart and Club Box are separate shopping carts and are checked out separately; items in separate orders are not automatically combined toward a qualifying threshold.

Discounts, rewards, and promotions are subject to their stated eligibility, expiration, redemption, and combination restrictions. Consult the specific offer rather than assuming all codes have the same terms. Nothing in these terms reduces rights attached to gift cards under applicable law.

6. Giveaway promotions

Each giveaway is governed by its separate official rules, including eligibility, entry methods, deadlines, prize details, and winner selection. Those rules control the giveaway if they differ from these general terms.

Marketing subscriptions are optional and are not a condition of entry or winning. Subscribing, declining, or unsubscribing does not change eligibility or odds. Providing contact information to administer an entry does not, on its own, constitute marketing consent.

7. Optional SMS marketing

By separately opting in to SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Purefect Meals LLC at the mobile number you provide. These may include menu announcements, Lunch Club updates, special offers, and ordering reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

SMS consent is not required to buy anything, enter a giveaway, or win. Email and SMS subscriptions are separate choices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

To unsubscribe from SMS marketing, reply STOP to a marketing message. You may receive a final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact purefectmeals@gmail.com. You may also contact us to request assistance with unsubscribing.

Provide only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. If you change or relinquish that number, unsubscribe or notify us. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.

SMS marketing enrollment does not authorize unrelated third-party marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains our collection and handling of personal information, including information used for messaging.

8. Privacy and website use

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and privacy choices. Marketing choices do not replace necessary communications about an order or giveaway entry.

Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, access accounts without authorization, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful content. Protect your account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We do not require favorable feedback as a condition of any review incentive; any permitted incentive must be disclosed clearly. A review-based giveaway entry method applies only if expressly offered in that giveaway's official rules.

9. Changes and questions

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version with an effective date. Changes do not retroactively change an existing order's agreed terms or a giveaway entry's published rules except where permitted by law. Contact purefectmeals@gmail.com with questions or concerns.
