I’m Sean. At my heaviest, I weighed over 490 pounds. Food was once my biggest struggle. It has now become my path to change. Through learning nutrition and rethinking what food should be, I lost over 150 pounds and rebuilt my relationship with eating.

I grew up in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, in a family of village butchers where food was practical, communal and always prepared with care. Years later, while working in an elementary school in Gwinnett County, I saw how often teachers and other busy professionals had to settle for whatever was quickest.

I created Purefect Meals to offer something better: flavorful, satisfying meals made for real schedules and real people.
